• Private/Domestic disputes of brewery employees

Jason will discuss the resolution processes and how mediation can cut costs; build and strengthen your team, and decrease the possibility of litigation.

BIO:  Jason Gladfelter has more than 20 years of experience in team leadership, management and customer relations positions through his extensive work in sales, training industries, and retail. His experiences in human communication and dispute management come from Bangalore, India; Prague, Czech Republic; Denver, CO; and as an international, on-line facilitator with Soliya.net for 4 years, where he coordinated online discussions with participants on tense topics ranging from Middle East tensions to personal perspectives of other cultures.

Jason holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution (2006); an Advanced Studies Certificate in ADR (2004), both from the University of Denver. He interned at Coors Distributing Company in 2005 and the Center for Intelligence and Terrorism Studies in 2006. He has received mediation training from the University of Denver, Face-to-Face Mediation of Aurora, CO, and the International Institute for Mediation and Conflict Resolution’s international symposium in Prague.

Jason is a Certified Cicerone® Beer Server, has extensive knowledge of the craft beer industry, is a home-brewer and served as a store manager/beer buyer at a premier Denver wine and beer shop for 14 years. He has volunteered at the Great American Beer Festival since 2005. In 2015, Jason launched the Brewery Mediation Network to help breweries repair, manage and strengthen their “people ingredient”.  In 2012, he introduced the Pub Dialogues to OvalOptions’ services and currently heads both programs.
